Unlike typical restaurant-based delivery platforms, The Bhoj lets you order food directly from registered homemakers. These are everyday cooks who offer authentic, homemade dishes made fresh in their kitchens.

3. Where is The Bhoj available?

The Bhoj is currently operating in selected cities across Australia. We are expanding quickly—stay tuned on our app or website for updates about your location.

4. How do I sign up?

You can sign up using:

  • Your mobile number
  • Google (Gmail)
  • Facebook account

Just download the app, choose your sign-up method, and you're ready to order!

5. Can I schedule an order for a later date/time?

Yes! You can pre-book meals for a future date and time. Simply select your desired delivery date and time during checkout. Perfect for planning ahead!

6. How do I place an order?
  • Log in to the app
  • Browse available homemaker menus
  • Add dishes to your cart
  • Choose immediate or scheduled delivery
  • Proceed to checkout and make payment

That’s it—your homemade meal will be on its way!

7. What payment methods are available?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay (where available)
  • Other secure online payment methods
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available in all areas.

8. Is the food safe and hygienic?

Yes. All homemakers must verify their identity with a valid driving license and agree to hygiene standards. We also perform regular reviews and customer feedback checks to ensure quality and cleanliness.

9. What if I have food allergies?

Since meals are prepared in home kitchens, allergen information may not always be explicitly listed. We strongly recommend contacting the homemaker via the app chat before placing an order if you have any allergies.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before the homemaker begins preparing the food. Once preparation starts, cancellations may not be possible and refunds are not guaranteed.

11. How do I become a homemaker on The Bhoj?

We’re always looking for passionate cooks! You can register as a homemaker by:

  • Downloading The Bhoj app
  • Selecting “Become a Homemaker”
  • Uploading your menu and driving license ID
  • Waiting for verification from our team

Once approved, you can start receiving orders.

12. What if my order is late or incorrect?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us via the in-app support chat or email us at info@thebhoj.com.au and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

13. Can I leave a review for the homemaker?

Absolutely! After your order is delivered, you’ll be prompted to rate the food and leave a review. Your feedback helps improve the platform for everyone.
